Description:

This is an original part from the Toro manufacturer. The metal, front baffle is compatible with many lawn mower machines. This part is fastened within the front of the housing assembly, reinforcing the wheel attachment assemblies. This item is sold individually. A wrench is often helpful in the repair.

Baffle was bent preventing the blade from turning.

Removed the bolts from the bent baffle and removed the baffle. Used the bolts to attach the new baffle to the mower.

The original piece rusted and broke. It was cheaper to replace the baffle than the whole lawnmower

Removed the mounting bolts.
Moved the front wheel height to access mounting bolts.
Position new piece in place.
Fix screws in place and tighten.

1. Removed starter rope form handle.
2. Removed rear wheels, hight levers, and broken rear baffle.
3. Installed rear baffle, wheels and hight levers.
4. Installed trailing shield.
5. Removed front wheels, hight levers, and broken front baffle.
6. Installed front baffle, wheels, and hight levers.

1) Remove both self-propel wheels.
2) Remove damaged baffle.
3) Replace with new baffle.

Frot baffle bent rear baffle mostly missing.

1. Removed wheels as needed for front and rear baffles.
2. Removed defective parts.
3. Installed new baffles.
Special Instructions: Get a repair manual if possible. Knowing how things fit together will save a lot of time.
