Raised power washer off floor with 2 4x4's on rear wheels and one 4x4 under front legs. Cleaned shaft and keyway with solvent. Sprayed shafts with wd40 and placed new pump on shafts with key way hanging down a little below shafts so the key would not slide out of slot. Worked pump to top of shafts till it was flush with frame of power washer body. Took card board box and put under pump to hold pump flush with frame. Stater the three bolts and screws and tightened in a circle till tight with frame. Cranked it a few times to make sure it was spinning. Hooked up water and spray hose. Turned on water gas and away we went. EASY.

Disconnected the spray hose and three bolts holding the pump on. Came off easily. Already had a new pressure relief valve (which you need to replace any way) and put that on. Use this opportunity to clean the engine and surrounding area. Replaced pump. Make sure to replace the locking key on the shaft. Hooked hose back up. Runs great.
