Parts Used
Remove battery, 6 #10 torx screws on outside case and the short screw in the top, inside battery area. Remove top case. Lift flat rubber seal off spikes. Use a small flat screwdriver to lift "turning lever" or "blade drive" from drive post, transfer square seal from old lever to new lever. Apply Oster clipper grease to bearing contact area of lever. Replace flat seal onto spikes, replace top case with 6 torx sqrews, short screw in battery compartment, replace battery, slide power switch on. With blade hinge open put on blade and test.

Blade lever was worn down , support was broken as well as the lock

Opened up the clippers and removed the old lever . Snapped the new one into place and applied some gear grease . Put the clippers back together then replaced the old lock and support.
