Unscrewed fasteners holding flame tubes and cross over tubes
Lifted flame tubes out of the grill and removed
Placed new flame tubes one by one in the grill
Found one of the new flame tubes was too long no found the part # was not correct.

I used the book that came with the grill to figure out how it was all put together. The difficult part was getting the old nuts and screws off. My husband had to drill out one of them ... Read more .
