This is a genuine OEM part. The 2 terminal light switch is compatible with many Whirlpool refrigerators and freezers. Composed of plastic, wiring and two prongs, this item is fitted inside the appliance liner. A puddy knife or a flat head screwdriver will help remove the damaged switch. The new light switch is connected to the wiring, and pressed into place. This item allows the user to see in the refrigerator/freezer when the door is opened, and turning off when the door is shut. The 2 terminal light switch is sold individually.

This part is supplied by the original equipment manufacturer. It is designed for use with Whirlpool refrigerators. It is the part that guides ice into the container. Unfortunately, over time it may wear out or get damaged eventually requiring a replacement. Check the diagrams for your model for the exact location and the correct installation of this part. One durable clear plastic ice guide is included. To replace it simply press down on two tabs that secure the old guide and once it is out, secure the new one in the brackets.
