This switch was exactly what I needed to repair my Makita FS4200 drywall screw gun. My screw gun stopped working even though it was fairly new so I did some diagnosis with my multimeter. I compared readings with another screw gun I had and found that the switch was bad. So I ordered a new one. I installed the new switch and bingo, my problem was solved. The only issue I had was that I removed the wires from the switch before the replacement arrived and I forgot which wires went where. I had to google search and search to find a pinout diagram. So a word of advice, take a few pics of the wiring before removing any parts.
