This on-off switch is used in Bosch rotary/demolition hammer-drills. It is sourced from the original manufacturer. The switch is plastic with some metal components. It is sold individually. Please note that the speed-control governor is sold separately.
A screwdriver is needed when replacing this switch.
• Make sure the tool is unplugged
• Remove housing screws
• Separate the housing to access switch
• Disconnect wires from old switch
• Remove old switch and secure new one in place
• Reconnect wires and reassemble housing

Drill would not engage immediately when depressing the trigger. At times drill had to be bounced onto a solid object to get it to it to work

Made notes and took pictures of all of the part locations
Made a wiring diagram
Removed the lead from the old switch
Connected the leads to the new switch, per the wiring diagram
Replaced the rear handle, making sure all the part were in and the wires wouldn't get pinched
The governor (speed Control) went out...replaced governor, on-off switch and put a new cord on as will.

Take a picture of where all of the parts are
Make a wiring diagram
Remove the cord wires from the switch, so you can use the cord grommet on the new cord
Remove the the governor and switch
Put the grommet on the new cord
Install the cord onto the switch
Install the governor
Make sure all of the parts are in the correct spot
Screw the rear handle back on
