This is a genuine manufacturer sourced replacement part designed for use with Hamilton Beach commercial coffee pot. This is the stem that supports the filter basket. It is made out of metal and it is sold individually. This stem comes with the spring. No tools are needed to replace this item, simply remove the old stem and replace it with a new one.

    Could this possibly work in a vintage Regalware 40 cup percolator? I cannot find a replacement stem anywhere.
