1. This unit was a direct replacement part OEM. After removing the old with a screw driver and accessing the part #. I ordered the part.
2. Arrived in a couple of weeks (Hawaii) and slipped it in, screwed it down and plugged it in.
3. Fit perfectly, worked fine.

Unplugged took one screw out and pulled out, put new unit in put screw in and plugged it in put cover back on. Very simple and easy anybody can do it , cheaper than buying new and replacing the whole thing.

1. Removed the cover holding screw and the cover.
2. Removed the fan holding screw and the old fan.
3. Replaced with the new fan using the same screw.
4. Replaced the cover using the same screw.
