I replaced the old springs that were attached to the clips on the inside of the grill with the new ones. These were considerably stronger and made of a heavier gauge spring steel. Since the new ones were about an inch longer than the originals they hit the inside of the fixture's ceiling box. I simply took it down and matched them with the old springs and bent them to the same size. The grill assembly went right up and snapped into place tight to the ceiling, Tighter and more snug than it ever has. Thank you!

The new springs from replacements were 1 1/2" too short. I sent a help request toe replacements and never got an answer, so I zip-tied the new springs (for strength) to the old springs for length -- and they worked great.

Fan motor burned out

Took out 1 screw that was holding burned out assembly...Pulled out assembly and installed new one....Put screw back in to hold in new unit ,turned on switch.........We have liftoff......Got in my truck and went to next job....Very quiet unit.....
