This authentic manufacturer-sourced part is specially designed for Nutone and Broan exhaust fans. It is the main unit that produces the airflow. This assembly includes a motor, a bracket, and a metal impeller wheel. Note, the hardware to secure the power unit is sold separately. Check the appropriate diagrams for your model for the correct installation. To replace it you will need a wrench set and a screwdriver. You will need to remove the grille cover, unscrew the old power unit and replace it with the new one. Make sure to disconnect the motor from the power source before beginning the repair.
