.1 removed the transmission and belt drive cove
.2 removed the idler pulley and drive mechanism
3. Remove and replace the Mower blade and drive belt
.4 replace the defective idler pulley and return spring
5. Adjust the drive mechanism
6. Start up and test

Removed 4 self taping screws to remove cover. Spring is easy to disconnect and reconnect new spring.
