Bushings on the feed rollers badly worn.
Disassembled the machine. Cleaned and lubed the roller shafts and the new bushings. Installed the bushings and the new springs. Cleaned and assembled the machine. Bushings appear to be a square cube. They are not. Make sure to put them in correctly. Other than that, the repair went smoothly.

The infeed and outfeed rollers were worn from use
Removed the rollers and and springs from the unit after reviewing utube video. The repair is fairly straightforward and routine. One note the screws holding the rollers are extremely tight to prevent lossening during operation, they may even be loctited in place. I used an offset philips head to get better leverage in the small space. I destroyed one screw while removing (stripped out the head). They are M5-0.8 12mm long round head screws. To make replacements easier in the future I replaced the screws with torx head screws. They have the same profile just get a better grip with the torx bit than the phillips head. The parts supplied were perfect and the springs probably don't need replaced every time the rollers go bad, I tested the old and new springs with a compression tension gage and found only about 5-8% difference between the old and the new, maybe chane every other or every third time.
