Right Part, took too long to get it.
I was pleased to be directed to your website for this part by CharBroil, which no longer stocks this part. However, the process of order fulfillment, shipping and delivery took way too long and required multiple emails from me to keep the process going. CharBroil referred me on 7/16. I ordered the part that same day. Three (3) plus weeks to get a critical part is too long.
