Socket set, used a hex head on a wrench because the room was tight.
All the filters were getting stuck in the machine until they cooled down enough to come loose. The problem was that the drip screen was cracked in several areas and had widened.
Emptied the machine and turned it on its back.
Got a hex driver fit on the end of a socket wrench to fit into the small space between the shower screen and the drip tray.
Loosened the bolt holding the stainless steel drip screen in place, and removed it .
Dropped out the s/s shower screen along with the thick black plastic shower screen as one piece.
Removed stainless screen part from the cracked plastic shower screen, and put it on the new plastic shower screen.
Replaced the new shower screen into the maker.
Replaced and tightened the hex bolt.
Slipped the parts back into their previous positions and tightened hex bolt.
Very easy. No more problem now.

As expected. Delivery a bit slow given the price.
One month delivery to Quebec, Canada. I don't know what took so long, it's just a padded envelope.
