Unbolted mower body cover (eight bolts), used pliers to remove stubs of broken shoulder bolts and replaced with new ones, then bolted cover back onto body of mower.

Pins had broken during disassembly & reassembly for electrical repairs
Finished removing broken pins, installed new pins, reinstalled motor shroud, reinstalled mower handles. Most difficult step was drawing legs of handle together enough to slide over heads of pins.
