The sealing gasket is found on the underside of the slow cooker lid. This is a common replacement item on a slow cooker because over time the materials may start to deteriorate, making it so a seal does not form, and the unit is not able to gain pressure. To access this part, take hold of the handle firmly and turn the lid clockwise until the arrow and the lid unlock icon are aligned, and pull the lid off. On the underside of the lid you should be able to see the sealing ring. Pry the gasket out using your hands or a plastic opening tool until it separates from the lid. It is important to keep the gasket clean by removing it after each use and cleaning it by hand with warm and soapy water. Always make sure it is completely dry before reinstalling it back on the lid. This OEM sealing gasket is sold individually.
