Left side deck adjustment gear fell off
1. Removed the temporary fix.
2. Lowered deck onto wooden shims on the left side set to the same height as the right side.
3. Removed the pin in the linkage to make it easier to line up deck and parts.
4. Installed parts, tightened into place, replace linkage pin.
5. Checked deck height at lowest, idle and highest levels to ensure it was correct.
6. Cleaned up tools and tested mower.

This was easily done in the driveway with basic tools. I would recommend checking all nuts and bolts when you do your spring maintenance and oil changes throughout the year.

Blade height adjustment gear came loose and I had to replace it .
Lined up the deck adjustment bracket with slots for gear up with another bracket behind it, put bolt through the adjustment gear into two holes that were lined up, put on a nut to tighten into, the correct new nut didn't come with the gear, bolt and washer so I improvised with one after I called customer service and they told me a nut wasn't available for it, didn't make sense but I made it work, I suggest checking it often or putting loctite on the bolt threads so the gear doesn't rattle off again.
