The scraper was so worn that the heads of the three screws were also worn so much that there was no way to get a tool on the head of it. So, I used a screw extractor to remove them and replaced with new ones.

Toro snow pup 14" with worn scrapper blade and leaking carb gaskets
My machine is more than 20 years old. I took the whole thing apart, cleaned and painted, then installed my new parts on re-assembly. I was fortunate enough to have down loaded a parts file(.pdf) that I found on the internet.(the best tool I have) Nothing special about this job but a good camera helps during disassembly. Engine is running fine, just replaced carb gasket-to-engine. Replaced many bolts and nuts with stainless steel version. Good machine.

The online video was great! The job was easy but took a little extra time than expected. The nuts and bolts on the rubber blade rotor were difficult to loosen and a small tool ( thin wire stripper) was used to hold the nut in place until it threaded on the bolt when reinstalling.
