Hello Todd, thank you for you question. Our research shows that for a 5/8th nut you will need 15/16 or 1-1/16 wrench . This nut is a right hand thread. We are pleased to have been able to help.

Comment on my search for a replacement - Finding the replacement nut was seemingly impossible. A local electric motor repairman suggested two different nuts manufactured by Powermatic, available from eReplacement, that might do the job. I order the first of the two he recommended from eReplacement but it was similar to another nut I had previously bought from another source. Neither fit the bill. I had visions of having to buy another tablesaw for lack of an arbor nut. I did some internet research and found a recommendation for trying the other Powermatic part. I ordered that one from eReplacement and was rewarded with one that worked. Specifically, it was the arbor nut that was manufactured for the Powermatic Model 66 tablesaw - part number 3530006. I was so happy that I ordered a second one from eReplacement just in case. Thanks eReplacement!
