Removed top cover from nailer, removed return device, installed new return device and attached bands to driver.

Nailer Plunger would not retract

Opened the main front panel of the nailer by removing 3 screws.
Removed the broken part using a screwdriver to release the plastic snap holds.
Removed the broken band ends from the plunger assembly (using the Hemostat)
Clicked the new assembly in place (Note, it was slightly different looking but still fit perfectly.)
