This is an authentic Campbell Hausfeld replacement part designed to filter out dust and other contaminants on an air compressor. It is sourced directly from original equipment manufacturer and it is sold individually. This filter element consists of a pleated paper in a plastic frame.

Replace this air filter element does not require any tools.

    The parts I ordered above were the easy part. Finding new rods in China (none in US) and properly fitting them to the crankshaft was the hard part. Compressor should be running again in a few days.

    Pressure switch wiring shorted out

    Screwdriver, Pliers, Wrench Set, Wire strippers, razor blade, terminal crimps, torch

    1. Shut off power to compressor at breaker
    2. Removed pressure switch cover
    3. Wrote down wiring connections/colors
    4. Transferred plugs and safety valve to new switch assembly
    5. Stripped new ends on wiring and installed heat shrink terminal ends to all connections
    6. Following diagram copied earlier, install connections
    7. Turn breaker on and verify the cut-out operation. Adjust if needed.
