Replacing the connector
1. Remove the top and front cover
Use a screwdriver to remove the screws from the top and front cover.

With the screws removed you can remove the covers and set them aside.

2. Remove the metal fork
Use a pair of needle-nose pliers to pull the metal fork out of the outlet connector.
3. Pull the old connector off of the pump
Lift up the connector and pull it out of the unit.

4. Install the new connector
Transfer the o-ring from the old outlet connector to the new connector.
Then install the new connector onto the pump.
5. Replace the metal fork
With the new connector in place, you can reinstall the metal fork to secure it to the pump.
6. Replace the top and front cover
Place the covers back into their original position.

Then secure them using the screws that were removed in step 1.
