How to Replace the Air Nozzle on a DeWALT Scroll Saw
Step-by-step instructions for removing and installing the air nozzle on your DeWALT scroll saw.

The air nozzle allows you to aim the air flow from the blower so you can keep your cut line clean and visible. The air nozzle is made up of individual plastic segments. The segments make the nozzle flexible, so it can be moved to the best position for your cut. Over time, the segments can wear, and possibly loosen or crack.
Let's get started.
REMOVING THE AIR NOZZLE
1. Remove the air nozzle.
Use a screwdriver to pry the air nozzle away from the housing.

INSTALLING THE NEW AIR NOZZLE
2. Install the air nozzle.
Install the new air nozzle onto the housing (it should snap into place when properly aligned).
