1. Remove the foil and cutter

Simply pull the foil away from the shaver. 

Twist the cutter 90 degrees then pull it free.

 

2. Install the new foil and cutter

Turn the cutter head 90 degrees to its original position. Then snap the new cutter onto the holder.

Press the foil onto the shaver to finalize the repair.
