how do i connect the wiring on a regulator pt no 794360 to the system.

Hello Terry, thank you for your question. We have a posting from a previous customer that had done this repair that may be or some help. Please read: Replaced the regulator. Remove small bolt holding regulator to engine. Unplug 2 wires. Plug wires into new regulator. Bolt new regulator to engine. Done. We hope this helps. Preventative Maintenance

Removed old regulator.
Found the new one does NOT match the old.
Could not install new regulator due to connections not matching.
Reinstalled the old one...we'll see if it works.

Regulator output was low.

Replaced the regulator. Remove small bolt holding regulator to engine. Unplug 2 wires. Plug wires into new regulator. Bolt new regulator to engine. Done. Most of my tine was trouble shooting the electrical system with the help of YouTube.
