2- Disconnect inlet and outlet hose to regulator
3- Replace regulator ...pay attention to inlet and outlet hoses locations.
4- Apply sealant to threads reconnect do not over tighten
5- Check for any leaks before replacing cover...
7- Replace metal cover.
8- Install new knob on regulator ...done !
***Do not use Teflon tape on ends ....as some strands may end up inside of regulator !
