It is an identical replacement for a missing or a damaged rear wheel that supports the equipment allowing it to move back and forth. Removed old wheels with wrench, had to remove one of the wheel inserts from the axle shaft with an adjustable wrench. Cleaned the axels and lubricated with grease. Installed wheels and replaced nuts and hubcaps.

Socket set, 4-1/2 inch electric grinder with metal cut off blade
Put mower on wood plate form , Cut axle through and slid pieces out each end
Aligned axle and pressed axle into retaining tabs ,
Placed height adjustment lever over height adjustment bar , installed wheel and put locking nuts on end of axle ,and tightened nuts
