Tire blowout

Popped the wheel cover off with screw driver. Use a 9/16 socket removed the nut pulled off the tire replaced it with the new tire put the nut back on tighten it and replaced the cover.

Removed the cotter pin and washer and pulled old wheel off. Slid new wheel on, and inserted cotter pin. It is an old Craftsman push lawnmower, and I could not find the model number on it anywhere. But the rear wheels were 8 inches and these fit correctly. There were no bolts with nuts. Just a \'stud\' with a hole for cotter pin on th is lawnmower. The old wheels would ;\'wobble\' because there was so much play because of cracks in them, and eventually fall off because cotter pin would slip pass the washer.
Do not even use a washer with the new wheels! They work great now, without falling off!

Removed the hub caps and the nuts from the axles, then removed the old wheels. Put the new wheels on the axles and tightened the nuts and replaced the hub caps. Wrapped the grass bag around the frame, then placed it on the mower.
