This repair was not difficult following the original instructions that came with the grill when purchased new. When I originally purchased the grill I threw out all the original bolts, screws and washers and replaced all fasteners with stainless steel units purchased at any local big box hardware store. Disassembly was easy as none of the fasteners were corroded and panel removal and frame caster came apart easily. Given the original cost of the Weber Grill when new it made good sense to repair/replace where necessary. My Weber was ordered as a natural gas model and as such is used year round weather permitting. I actually cook more on my Weber Grill then my very expensive kitchen stove/oven. Thanks to ereplacementparts.com I was able to complete my repairs. Thank You!
