Product Description ?

This is a Genuine OEM replacement part designed for use with Ryobi Pressure Washer. This item is made out of Metal and it is Sold Individually. The purpose of the Pump is to create water pressure to operate the Power Washer. There are no internal parts supplied for this pump.

You would need a Wrench to install this Pump.

• Unplug all hose that are connected to the Pump
• To remove the pump, remove the Four (4) Screws securing the pump to the engine
• You will be able to remove the pump at this time
• Reattach the Pump using the Four (4) Screws
• Reconnect hose to the Pump and test it

    Remove the three bolts holding pump to the engine
    Clean and lube the shaft
    Carefully slide the pump off of the shaft
    Line up the key in the new pump to the key way in the shaft, and press it on
    Tighten the bolts to from the pump to the engine
    Remove the old thermal relief valve from the old pump, and install it on the new one

    Remove the three bolts holding the pump to the engine
    Carefully pull the pump from the engine shaft
    Clean and lube the shaft
    Line up the key in the pump to the key way on the engine shaft and press it on
    Tighten the three bolts
    Remove the the thermal relief valve from the old pump and install it on the new pump

    pump unloader valve housing eroded out

    Pump had broken bolt and was leaking

    1. Removed 3 bolts and carefully lowered pump from shaft.
    2. Cleaned shaft and made sure keyway was in place
    3. Put a little grease on shaft
    4. Aligned new pump with shaft and rotated until keyway lined up.
    5. Started to re-bolt 3 pump bolts, alternating as tightening

    Ordered new pump. Removed the three bolts holding to the engine. All went well other than having to heat up old pump coupling to engine drive shaft to be able to remove worn out pressure pump in order to mount new pump. I cleaned the shaft and then lubed it.
