I broke the old handle off using a hammer, because the old screw was frozen. Then I installed the new handle using the new screw that came with it.

Removed old handles, cleaned area of contact, and replaced handles on cover and body.
When removing old cover handle, pay particular attention to locking mechanism and spring assembly, replace with new ones in the cover handle kit.
Cleaned area of contact of old pressure seal and overpressure plug, and installed new seal and plug.
