Switch and cord broke from being dropped.
Removed switch cover nut with pliers and cover plate with small phillips screwdriver, took a few pics for reference of wire placement. Removed two screws that held wires and removed switch and cord. Reversed that process and repair was finished. Replaced brush and spring assemblies and lubed clippers while on repair bench. Very simple repair and saved around $100 plus downtime.

The switch had broken off at the stem. The cord was also showing signs of fraying.
Unscrewed the bottom of the clippers, removed the power cord and unscrewed what was left of the original switch. I then reassembled the parts according to the photo I had taken before I started. The most difficult part was removing the the rubber stopper that held the power cord in place. Other than that it was an easy repair. My clippers are like new again.
