Description:

This is a genuine OEM sourced part which is specially made for use with Craftsman lawn and garden equipment. A spark plug delivers electric current from an ignition system to an internal combustion engine. After time spark plugs will become dirty or fouled eventually requiring a replacement to maintain peak performance. You should gap your spark plug according to the owners manual of the outdoor product you have. Please make sure to refer to the appropriate diagrams of your model for the correct location and installation of this component. Keep in mind this high-quality spark plug is sold individually.

I was just given this to me by a friend and it looks brand new so I gassed it up yesterday with the correct ratio of two cycle oil but it just seems like it's getting no spark and I was hoping you could tell me where the spark plug is located at so I can change it. Primer bulb disintegrated, hadn't run in a year

Replaced primer bulb, new spark plug & air filter, fresh gas (non-ethanol), fired up fine after a few pulls.

Normal maintenance replacing rotors and scraper

I followed the instructions that were a part of my manual. I was disappointed that I had to order additional parts. I assumed that a rotor for a snowblower would include both paddles. It turns out, there was only one of the two, and I had to re-order the second rotor blade, paying for additional shipping. Since I was making another order, I did also order the fasteners for the scraper.

no power, engine would not idle stalled when accelerated.

1. replaced spark plug
2.replaced air filter
3 mixed up some fresh gas (1 gallon) and added 1/2 tablespoon of sea foam to the gas.

fuel line had to be replace

Empty the fuel from the tank. remove the thank. replace the fuel line and the old filter. reinstalled the tank. secured the fine lines to the carburetor. Put in fresh fuel. Started the chainsaw.

1. Removed the spark plug wire.
2. Removed the old spark plug.
3. Installed the new spark plug.

Cracked primer bulb.

Removed the housing,
Removed the old primer bulb.
Put the new primer bulb on. (It was kind of difficult to put the new bulb on so I put a drop or two of Dawn detergent on the bulb and it slipped in place much easier.)
Replaced the spark plug while I had the housing off.
Reassembled the machine.
