The head blew a head gasket when installed. I removed it and layed a straightedge on it and it was very warped....about .120 thousandths....I tried to file it and it still blew the gasket......I couldn't wait and bought a new compressor and wasted 90 bucks on head and parts. :(

Just needed to take the head off the top of the compressor.
Clean all the old gasket material off.
Install the new gaskets and replace the valve assembly
Replace the head and tighten the bolts back.
