I ordered three parts, only two were in the package. The cotter pin bag was there, but no cotter pin. I still want the part but you refused to send it to me, instead your applied credit which I did not want. I still need the pin but now you have made it so I would have to pay for shipping again. 1. Removed deck from lawn tractor by taking off associated cotter pins.
2. Removed broken spindle pulley.
3. Replaced with new spindle pulley.
4. Replaced adjustment gear.
5. Replaced deck by inserting cotter pins into the associated connections.

Lowered deck to replace worn belt and notice that pulley was bad order replacement. I really a applaud you all for having the Schematic to show the actual breakdown . This really helped in completing the task

The deck rod bent and came off

My mower is a year old and the deck rod was bent and came off. There is a mower repair shop in our town that was going to charge 98 dollars for just the rod. I got out my mower book saw the parts I needed (4total). ..cost 34 dollars including shipping. Repair took a half hr, hardest part making sure deck was even. Your website was thorough. I was looking for the rod, but you had different pics of what was needed for the job. Stuff I didn't even think about. Made the job easier. THANKS!

Took off broken parts, and put on new parts. It was easy to medium putting the parts on. Once it was done I attached the mower deck back on the tractor and started cutting grass again.
