Excellent Part - Terrible Customer Service and Shipping
Bought this seal along with other parts to fix my IR air impact wrench and took over two weeks to get it. Spoke to customer service several times to find out that they are now shipping first class with ZERO tracking information so if your shipment is delayed or lost you have no recourse unless you wait until the maximum projected time to file a lost package complaint. Luckily, mine came in at the maximum threshold so I didn't have to go that route, but paying $7 to ship something first class for $20 in parts is ridiculous and took way to long. I'll be looking elsewhere next time including Amazon and other parts suppliers with better shipping policies.
