Spring was broken, bought in \"as is\" condition. had been lying around for years, so went thru motor too

cleaned all parts
Replaced all o-rings, seals, vanes etc
lubricated all parts
assembled back together.
lubed motor & housing
tossed on shelf, waiting to be borrowed!
