Unscrewed the brush covers, pulled the old brushes out, put new brushes in. Ran the driver for a while in both directions to break in the brushes. Was a bit sluggish at first, but when the brushes set, it started working like a new tool.
Replaced brushes. Had to use one of the old covers, new one would not thread on. Pay attention on how the old brushes come out. They only go back in one way.
