The module arrived on time and went in okay. I waited 2 months for the repair shop to get around to looking at my hammer drill, and managed to fix it myself in about a week, counting shipping time from eReplacement.

So, Bosch redesigned their replacement for the electronics module. The new part does NOT match the part pictured on the ereplacementparts.com website. The battery shoe and how it is wired into the trigger switch mechanism is not the same size or shape as the original, and someone determined that the extra length of wiring now required must be contained by a thick metal collar, for which there is no place to reside inside the tool. Upon contacting Bosch tech support, I was told I would need to use a heat source to help the wiring harness conform to the wiring channel in the existing tool grip. I chose to return the part, unused, rather than chance damaging it in an attempt to force-fit it. To their credit, when I explained this to the customer service agent at ereplacementparts.com, she immediately provided a Return Authorization and refunded 100% of my original payment once the part arrived back at their facility.
