Didnt charge my unit
My cordless wine opener WWO100PC is a model WO50. The charging adapter you sent me won't charge it.
I received the wine opener as a gift. It came w/o an adapter or a cutter. I emailed Waring and didn't even get the courtesy of a reply.
At this point I really don't know what to do. I'm really frustrated.
