This replacement upper handle assembly is specially designed for use with Hoover power scrubbers. It is an authentic OEM sourced item, not an aftermarket equivalent. It is the main handle that allows user to operate the unit. Please note, one plastic upper handle assembly is included per order. To attach this assembly you will need a screwdriver. • Position the handle and slide down into carpet washer base • Secure the it to the base with the hardware

The handle is very light duty (either by design or to save production costs) so use with care and NEVER lift the machine by this handle even over the power cord. Remove the screws from the old handle and removed it. Then used the same screws and installed the new handle.

1. Removed screws that attach handle to scrubber.
2. Removed screws holding the trim to change mismatched trim to my matching trim.
3. Installed matching trim with screws.
4. Installed new handle with screws.
5. Like new again!

Unscrewed two screws holding the old handle and replaced it with the new one. Put the new tank in place.

Save your original screws! the new part does not come with new ones. Slide replacement handle on, and attach with your two screws. Remember its plastic, so don\'t over torque it. Wa La your done.
