Washer Pin Damper WH01X10726

This damper pin joins a washer shock absorber to the outer tub or base. It keeps the damper in position so the suspension can limit tub movement during the spin cycle. Replace the pin if it is cracked, bent, loose, or missing. Also inspect the damper eye and mounting hole, since worn supports can let a new pin move. Use the full washer model to confirm fit. Unplug the appliance, shut off the water, and support the tub before removing the pin. Push the replacement fully into place and check that its locking features are secure.
