Part works great in the 14-16 gallon shop vac SNR style. 20$ is just pure greed but e-replacement was the lesser evil between Amazon, ebay and even Home Depot. My local HDs used to carry these in stock for a couple bucks or maybe in a pack with some other parts. Plastic feels flimsy but so did the original.
