This 3 layer filter is specially manufactured for use with Ridgid vacuums. It is an authentic OEM sourced item, it is not an aftermarket imitation. This is the main filter that helps to remove dust and other contaminants from the air. This pleated filter offers 3 layers of protection when picking up cold fireplace ash, fine dust and everyday dirt. Filters should be cleaned or changed at least every two months under normal use. Please note, one item is included per order. No special tools needed to replace this filter.
