One of Vacuum filters clogged and did not self clean. Flap that redirects air in order to help filters remain cleaner for longer did not function.

I had to disassemble the entire vacuum. Not difficult once you locate ALL the screws.
You can open the top of the vacuum to determine if the servo wire is intact or not.
I ran the vacuum open up and noticed that the servo was functioning and that the servo wire was broken.
