This DeWALT OEM filter will replace a worn out or clogged filter. It is a high efficiency filter; it will trap over 99.7% of Drywall Dust. The DC500 vacuum is intended to be used under wet or dry conditions. This filter can even be washed out with tap water to keep it clean and prolong filter life.
