This is NOT a perfect fit.
The hose connection is a few 32nds of an inch to big and so doesnt go into the vacuum as it should. I can force it in hard enough to be useful, but not enough to twist lock it into place and it wont be fun to take it off. So while my vacuum is functional again I am ultimately disappointed. I specifically did not buy the cheaper one on Amazon but now I feel like the sucker.
