I found a broken wire in the lower cord. Also the handle would not lock in the upright position due to wear on the swivel and handle release. The cord and plug fit exactly and already had the correct terminal lug. I had to remove the power head cover, remove two screws. I released the two locking tabs and separated the lower and upper hou
