This is a genuine Hoover-made vacuum belt made for use in the Dial-A-Matic series. The vacuum belt attaches from the motor drive shaft around the agitator brushroll in order to spin it when activated. This flat style belt uses friction to stay in place. Note that the old belt may seem larger than the new one due to stretching during normal use. One belt is included.
